SDS' training services are structured with the client in mind to deliver flexibility in scope and depth. They are tailored to each organization’s specific needs by leveraging existing capabilities, augmenting and expanding them as needed. Some training and mentoring is always required, as would be expected in any new initiative, but the scope and depth can range based on the nature of the engagement and the scope of the CPP implementation.

The joint SDS/AC Macris Consultants training portfolio is built on an existing, proven set of services, which were tailored to address CPP specific needs. Since 1989, SDS has been researching methods for delivering solutions faster and with greater quality. Our research involved a variety of tools and strategies, which initially focused on rapid development of software and databases. Over the past five years, the research coallesed around a philosophy and approach that extended beyond IT and software to expert services and management consulting. Working with AC Macris Consultants, the philosophy and approach were stardized under what we refer to as the Thorough and Urgent Delivery (TUD) method.
